Ahan Peyman is a comprehensive enterprise platform designed to digitize and connect the operational workflow of a manufacturing factory. As the Product Designer, I designed the end-to-end product experience across project management, production, quality control, warehouse operations, bundling, packing, shipping, user management, and reporting. The core challenge was transforming a complex industrial workflow into a clear, traceable, and scalable digital system—connecting each manufactured piece to its project, production stage, quality status, inventory location, bundle, and final shipment. The result is a modular operational platform that gives teams a unified view of production and inventory while reducing process complexity and improving operational transparency.
